Contact
Talk to a person.
No form, no ticket robot, no chat widget waiting to take a message. One email address, read by the people building Readivize.
The address
This is the whole contact page.
Write in whatever detail you like. There is no form to fill in, so nothing gets truncated into somebody's database field.
Good reasons to write
You do not need a reason, but here are the common ones.
You are on the waitlist and wondering where you are
Ask. We open access in small groups, so we can usually tell you roughly where things stand.
You are asking for a school or a department
Say how many teachers and what you teach. There is no school plan yet, so this is a conversation rather than a checkout, and knowing people want one is how it gets built.
Something is broken in the beta
If you are already signed in, the Support bubble inside the app is faster: it attaches a screenshot of what you were looking at, which is usually the whole diagnosis. Email works too.
Anything else at all
Feature requests, an argument about how the editor should behave, or a hello. The list of what to build next is mostly made of teacher emails.
What to expect
A real reply, not instantly.
We aim to answer within two business days. Sometimes it is the same afternoon. If it takes longer than that, it is because we are heads-down building, not because your message vanished, and it is still worth a nudge.
One more thing, and we mean it: please keep student data out of your email. No names, no student IDs, no grades, nothing identifying. If you are showing us a problem with a worksheet, a screenshot with the names cropped out is plenty.
Or skip the email and get in line.
If you are here to ask when you can try it, the waitlist is the shortest version of that conversation.
Closed beta. No credit card to start.
