Readivize Terms of Use

1. Beta service

Readivize is provided as an early, closed-beta service, on an "as is" basis. It may change, have bugs, or be unavailable at times. Features may be added, changed, or removed.

2. Acceptable use

You agree to:

• Not enter personal information about students or other individuals.
• Only upload content you own or have the right to use. Do not upload copyrighted material without permission.
• Not use Readivize to create unlawful, harmful, hateful, or inappropriate material.
• Not attempt to break, overload, or misuse the service.

3. Your content

You keep ownership of the worksheets and materials you create. You give Readivize permission to store, process, and display that content so we can provide the service to you. If you share a question to the community bank, you allow other teachers to view and use it after it passes review.

4. AI features and credits

AI features run on a credit system because they cost real money to operate. Credits and limits may change during the beta. AI output can be imperfect. Always review generated content before you use it with students.

5. Community content

Shared questions go through a review process, but Readivize does not guarantee the accuracy or quality of community content. Use your professional judgment.

6. Privacy

Your use of Readivize is also covered by our Privacy Policy.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken. You can stop using the service at any time.

8. Disclaimer and liability

Readivize is provided without warranties. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for losses that result from using the beta. Keep your own copies of important work.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. If we make a significant change, we will ask you to review and accept the updated version.
