Readivize Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 24, 2026. This is a plain-language summary of how Readivize handles your information during the closed beta.
What we collect
- Account information: your email and basic sign-in details, handled through our authentication provider.
- Content you create: the worksheets, questions, and materials you build and save in Readivize.
- Usage information: during the closed beta we review the worksheets you build and the prompts you send, and we track how features and AI are used, tied to your account (not anonymized), so we can learn where to invest. We use this to fix bugs and decide what to build next. We do not sell your data.
What we ask you NOT to put in
Readivize is a tool for building teaching materials. Please do not enter personal information about students or any other individual (names, IDs, grades, contact details, or anything similar). You are responsible for the content you add.
How we use your information
- To provide and improve the app.
- To understand which features help teachers most, so we can build the right things next.
- To keep the service secure and working.
We do not sell your personal information.
AI features
When you use AI generation or review, the text you provide is sent to our AI provider to produce the requested content. Please do not include personal information about students in AI prompts.
Sharing to the community question bank
If you choose to share a question to the community bank, it is reviewed before it becomes visible to others. Sharing is always your choice.
Data storage and retention
Your content is stored so you can come back to it. Because this is a beta, data may occasionally be reset as we make changes. Keep your own copies of anything important.
Your choices
You can delete worksheets at any time from your dashboard. To close your account or request deletion of your data, contact us using the in-app chat.
